APPLE NACHOS

This morning we had some friends come over to visit.  Owen was so excited for his company he wanted to wait by his window over an hour before they were to arrive. Because we were having company, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to make a new recipe I was wanting to try.  I made some apple nachos that I recently saw online.  It was such a yummy fall treat and we gobbled them up quickly.  This is a very kid-friendly recipe too, which I love!

APPLE NACHOS
-- 2 or 3 apples, sliced
-- 2 T. peanut butter
-- chocolate chips
-- coconut flakes
-- walnuts or pecans

1.  Slice apples and place on plate
2.  Melt peanut butter in small glass bowl and drizzle over apples
3.  Place toppings on top of apples
4.  Put in fridge to harden and cool peanut butter
5.  Enjoy!
